On those winter Sunday mornings when we have extremely bad weather, causing
apparent danger to those attempting to get to church, the decision whether to cancel the
worship service will be made in consultation between Bea Dean, our Senior Deacon,
and Denise Ward, our Moderator.

If they decide the service must be cancelled, they will call Jennifer Rego, our Church
Secretary, and she will call the Church Office and remotely change the outgoing
message on the answering machine to indicate that the service has been cancelled.

A message will also be posted in the church's Facebook page and if possible in this
website.

If at all possible, the decision whether to cancel the service will be made by 8:00 a.m.
So you may call the Church Office any time after 8:00 a.m. to get accurate information.
If there is no message indicating the service has been cancelled, then you may
assume that we will be holding the worship service –and will be happy to see you in
church!
